First 3 weeks of School etc.
I’m quite proud of myself actually, of my 4 classes, I havent skipped a single class for 3 of them. One of them however, cough, is too early in the morning. And I have issues waking up early for class. Time to start hardcore studying so that I can ace my first round of exams. Except it seems the more busy classes are, the more I just sit here and play games or watch stuff on my computer. I seem to have a lot of random thoughts on my mind that come and go often, and repeat.
IKEA had it’s first annual crayfish (crawfish) and meatball buffet this past Thursday. It was absolutely delicious. The meatballs are super good with all the sauces. And crawfish is crawfish. Yum-my.
I was never really into shopping, but lately, amongst many other changes, I adore American Eagle. Almost everything they have is just so cute. Too bad its so expensive compared to other stores like Charlotte Russe.
To me, its kinda scary (and unsettling) to hear about how exactly similar you are to your boyfriend’s ex. Of course everyone’s different yadda yadda and I’m special yadda. But when there’s just so many similiarities (in hobbies, clothes, families, backgrounds, appearance, likes) it IS kinda like… puke. I mean, of course my boyfriend is the superr sweetest ever and duh isnt stupid enough to tell me “omg, my ex loved that too” but other people… many little offhand remarks add up big time. Or the biggest one of all: “wow you remind me of his ex a lot. You guys are really alike.” well shit. Thanks. Of course I dont personally know her, so its not like I can compare myself, and no one knows her as well as my boyfriend, but if the general consensus of the friends population is “wow very similiar” then obviously something is similiar. On another note, if someone said “Omg why is he dating you? You’re soooo different from his ex”, that would be insulting too. So I think after all this ranting, bottomline is, why the hell cant people just NOT comment to me about his ex all the time? I mean come on, when you meet your friend’s new girl/boy, and then talk to them later, do you talk about your friend’s ex to them? Am I missing something? ><;;
My dorm also has really soft and nice (egyption cotton!) sheets, comforter cover, down comforter, and pillows. I love just cuddling into the comforter and not coming out for a very, very long time. Just wait until winter, I’ll have a permanent nest in them. <3

Summer Movies
A lot of good movies came out this summer. I’ve managed to watch quite a few of them, FREE! My boyfriend managed to get us free screenings for these movies. Of course, it involves going a few hours early and waiting in line to ensure that we get a seat in the theatre. But with the movie prices now, free movie? well worth it. <3
[Nancy Drew] It was free. It was cute. It was based on the books I loved to read as a kid.
[1408] Again it was free. The short story written by Stephen King was definitely better. The movie just wasn’t that scary after a certain point because it was overdone and just plain absurd.
[Fantastic Four] Funny and good.
[Ocean's 13] Wow. I love seeing how they set-up everything and make it work.
[Pirates of the Caribbean] Captain Jack Sparrow. Funny!!
[Die Hard 4] Watched this movie twice. First time free. Second time with my dad. Awesome movie. I wish I was a mad hacker like that. So freaking cool.
[Transformers] I liked the movie. People said it didn’t follow the original story line, etc, but for a movie, it was nicely done. And it was free.
[Ratatouille] Very cute movie. I want a rat now… that can cook for me… so cute.
[I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry] Hilarious (free) movie. Lots and lots of gayness, but man, I havent laughed that hard in a movie in a long, long time.
[Harry Potter 5] It wasn’t as exciting as the first couple of movies.
[The Simpsons] Funnyyyy!
[Rush Hour 3] Free! hehe, and I laughed a whole lot. They make a good duo.
[Bourne Ultimatum] Goooood movie! I want to be uber and work for the CIA.
As we can see, I’m not a huge critic on movies. I either like it or don’t. I don’t go into deep analyzations of the plot and character development and what not. (like some people… Hi Dan! hehe.)
Time to get back into school-mode. or not.

Azuzephre’s Pon and Zi
A little gross, but very cute comics: http://www.ponandzi.com/image.php?img=1
Yey I move back into the dorms on the 18th. I’m excited about moving out, but dreading the moving process. Lugging everything back and forth twice a year. Seriously, why do I have so much shit? I’m not talking about clothes or shoes either, I mean just… lots and lots of random stuff. oh wells! Excitement!

I fail at real life.
I can’t wait for school to start again. Of course, once school starts again, I can’t wait for a break. But! Compared to a ‘real’ job and what not, I prefer school. I like having the option of sleeping in or just skipping class without major repercussions. I mean, there are repercussions to missing class, especially if the professor takes attendance, but most of the time its something I can handle, such as just looking over the material myself or what not. And I always make sure not to miss class when I have an exam, quiz, assignment due, etc. With a job, you can’t just decide you don’t want to go and sleep in.
Also, unless your seriously hardcore, you do not have classes from 6:30am – 7:30pm. nonstop. With only a 20 minute lunch break. Welcome to my workday. I like taking breaks. Plus, by the time I’m home, I’m too exhausted to really do anything else. I mean, working and making money is definitely nice, because you need money to do stuffs, but kicking back and being lazy is nice too. :P
